RESIN IMPREGNATED TRANSFORMER BUSHINGS (RIP BUSHING)- Yash Highvoltage

Transformer bushings made by Yash Highvoltage are intended to be linked to oil-insulated power transformers. We provide the ideal option for a variety of transformers in various settings:

Power transformers with oil insulation are attached to resin-impregnated transformer bushings, which function with the following environmental media:

  • Outdoor (transformer outdoor bushing) (transformer outdoor bushing)
  • box-cable-joint oil (transformer oil bushing)
  • switchgear for SF6 (transformer gas bushing)

All bushings have a condenser grade and can be ordered with various active part insulations:

  • Resin Impregnated Paper, RIP
  • Resin-impregnated synthetics (RIS)
  • Resin-impregnated Fiberglas, or RIG

Since more than 50 years ago, RIP bushings and has demonstrated the technological advantages of this technology.

Worldwide, Yashhv dry type bushings are renowned for their dependable product design and quality.
HSP and Yashhv have significantly increased their production capabilities and revamped their internal procedures in recent years to support the market trend toward RIP and RIS bushings. With extremely competitive lead times, a strong delivery performance is the goal. Because of this, transformer OEMs, service providers, and of course end users around the world select the Yashhv as a partner.

RIP TRANSFORMER BUSHINGS

RIP transformer bushings are oil-free transformer bushings with a condenser control and a solid active component composed of paper saturated with resin. Both a silicone composite material and a porcelain variant of the air side housing are offered. This dry-filled bushing is made to withstand rated voltages and currents of up to 1200 kV and 6000 A, respectively.

RIS TRANSFORMER BUSHINGS

RIS transformer bushings from Yash Highvoltage are oil-free and paper-free transformer bushings with a condenser control and a solid active component composed of synthetic resin-impregnated material. A silicone composite insulator serves as the air side housing. Designed for rated voltages of 24 to 245 kV and rated currents of up to 2000 A, this bushing has a dry filling.
